Christina Choi - author
Christina Choi is a co-founder of Foraged and Found Edibles, a company which brings wild mushrooms, greens and berries from northwest fields and forests to the kitchens of chefs and farmers marketers alike in the Seattle area. She grew up in a family obsessed by food. While her Swiss mother tested and developed recipes from home, her Chinese father was always stewing something mysterious on the stove. She went on to study culinary arts and work at such places as The Herbfarm and Bandoleone. She continues to contemplate flavors, create dishes, and cater events that support her ideals of seasonal real food.
